If your student-athlete needs an updated physical, all annual paperwork must be completed on FinalForms before Physical Night.
A sign-up sheet will be available at the door on the 20th to sign up your student.
Physicals should be uploaded on FinalForms after the physical night. They will not be turned into the HS office as in the past.
