Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one non-teaching staff member as the Employee of the Month. The Excellence Award winner for January is Paige Tate. She’s a paraprofessional at Reeds Spring Middle School.
“Paige has been an asset to RSMS this year. She takes initiative and has a positive impact on the students she works with,” said special education teacher Jennifer Mayfield.
This is Tate’s first year with the district. In addition to her role as a paraprofessional, she also coaches volleyball, basketball, and softball.
“Paige has stepped into a demanding role as a special education paraprofessional with tremendous determination to elevate student experiences and support her team at the Middle School,” said Director of Special Services Garet Nunan. “She's dedicated herself to professional learning to better serve students and has positively impacted multiple programs through coaching. She's a valued addition to the district.”
