Reeds Spring sophomore Saylor Johnson will compete in the Class 2 State Golf Championship on October 21. She qualified by shooting a 99 at the district tournament at Whispering Oaks in Marshfield. Earlier in the week, Johnson earned second-team All-Conference honors at the Mid-Lakes Tournament. The Class 2 State Golf Tournament will take place at Fremont Hills Country Club in Nixa.

Tennis

The Lady Wolves beat Hillcrest 6-3 and lost to Willow Springs 7-2.


Volleyball

The RSHS volleyball team beat Forsyth 3-0, lost to Monett 3-2, and lost to Fair Grove 3-0.


Football

The Wolves lost to top-ranked Fair Grove 49-8. Wyatt McVay scored the lone touchdown and added the two-point conversion.


Cross Country

At Branson, Connor Love finished 39th for the Wolves. Lukas Hutson was 56th and Dane Thierbach was 59th. For the girls, Jenna Adams placed 66th, and Kaylee Geniuk was 73rd.


Marching Band

At Branson, the Wolf Pride Marching Band finished 11th overall.
