Reeds Spring High School sent four wrestlers to the state championship last week.
Blaiklee Cagle won two matches and advanced to the final eight.
Shane Pearson also won two matches and made it to the final eight.
Eben Crain won his first match and then suffered a tournament-ending injury.
Kierstin Allen also competed, losing both of her matches.
“We wrestled very hard and I’m very proud of our four wrestlers,” said Coach Chris Lowe.
Boys Basketball
The boys basketball team beat Mountain Grove 69-58 last week and then lost in the opening round of the district tournament, falling to Monett 25-19.
“While this one stings we are proud of every single person in our program,” said coach Austin Kendrick. “Thank you seniors for everything you have done for our program. You will be greatly missed!”
Girls Basketball
The Lady Wolves lost to Seneca 57-52 and will compete in the district tournament this week.
