Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one non-teaching staff member as the Employee of the Month. October’s Excellence Award winner is Jody Shinnebarger. He’s a custodian at Gibson Technical Center and has worked for the district for 12 years.
“This building (Gibson Tech) is in amazing condition due to his leadership and work,” said an employee who nominated Shinnebarger. “He works hard every day keeping our building beautiful!”
“Jody's organizational skills and attention to detail have made Gibson Tech a clean and inviting place for students to learn,” said GTC Director Nick Thieman. “Jody is always looking for ways to improve our building.”
