Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one exceptional teacher with an Excellence Award. The deserving winner for February is Lacie Reinsch. She is the Behavior Intervention Specialist at Reeds Spring Elementary School.
“Lacie is an exceptional educator who plays a vital role in supporting some of our most challenging students,” said Principal Dr. Laura Weber. “She is instrumental in developing and implementing effective behavior plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.”
Reinsch has worked in education for 17 years. She was a middle school teacher for several years before transitioning to her current role. She also serves on the school’s leadership team and is an action team leader for the district’s Strategic Plan.
“Lacie’s dedication, problem-solving abilities, and leadership make her a truly deserving recipient of this recognition,” Weber said.
