Every month the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one non-teaching staff member as the Employee of the Month. The Excellence Award winner for February is Jason Reinsch. He’s the district’s Director of Facilities, Custodial, and Maintenance.
“In just a short time, Jason has proven to be an invaluable leader in our district,” said Superintendent Dr. Cody Hirschi. “He has tackled major challenges head-on, from overseeing the safe evacuation of our Intermediate School due to a toxic battery issue to coordinating efforts with Branson West and other partners to restore broken water lines. He has also played a key role in managing the impact of recent storms, ensuring our schools remain safe and operational.”
This is Reinsch’s fourth year with the district but first in this position. He was previously a teacher, coach, and youth activities director.
“Jason’s leadership, problem-solving, and dedication have made an immediate and lasting impact, and we are grateful to have him on our team.”
The district accepts Excellence Award nominations from students, staff, parents, and community members. You can find the nomination form on the district website,
