Candidate filing will be held at the Superintendent’s Office located at 20281 State Hwy 413, Reeds Spring, MO, behind the High School, and begins no earlier than 8:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Filing continues December 11-13, 2024; December 16 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; December 17-19, 2024, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., and on Friday, December 20 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (please notice this time change) unless otherwise noted on the school website.
Reeds Spring Schools will be closed for the holidays December 23-30, 2024. The Superintendent’s Office will be open on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, for the last day of filing from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. All paperwork must be completed and signed by 5:00 p.m. on December 31st in order to be accepted for board candidacy.
All candidates MUST APPEAR IN PERSON to file and forms MUST BE SIGNED in front of the Board Secretary, or designee, at the time of filing. Each candidate’s name will be placed on the ballot in the order of filing, pursuant to Board Policy G-235-P.
Filing WILL NOT occur during the holidays as noted, or on days that the District Office is closed due to inclement weather, etc. Office hours are subject to change.
Candidates who intend to file may pick up a packet IN PERSON to complete in advance beginning Tuesday, December 3, 2024; however, completed forms WILL NOT be accepted prior to Tuesday, December 10th, at 8:00 a.m.
