The Reeds Spring School District has strategically realigned administrative roles and responsibilities. This initiative is a significant step towards enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness, aligning perfectly with our commitment to achieving world-class standards in education and administration.
Starting in July, Dr. Shane Dublin will become Assistant Superintendent of Operations. In this capacity, Dr. Dublin will oversee all district operations. He currently serves as the district’s Human Resources Director.
Liz Smith will become the Director of Business and Finance. She currently serves as the Director of Special Services and Federal Programs. She will lead the Human Resources department and assist the superintendent with finance administration.
Joe Carlile has joined Reeds Spring Schools as Director of Information and Technology. He previously served in the Missouri National Guard and was responsible for technology and logistics. His service included deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait.
