Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one exceptional staff member with an Excellence Award. November’s deserving winner is Jeff Rau, a custodian at Reeds Spring Elementary School.
“Jeff has been an excellent addition to the Elementary School,” said third-grade teacher Jason Neaville. “He is always friendly and always ready to accommodate any need or request.”
This is Rau’s first year with the district. One co-worker said Rau always does more than expected.
“Not only does he do a terrific job keeping the elementary looking great, but he's the public address announcer for football games and he jumped in to help the Primary School staff with their move,” said custodian Aaron Shinnebarger.
The district accepts Excellence Award nominations from students, staff, parents, and community members. You can find the nomination form on the district website.
