The school board adopted the district's Strategic Plan on June 24, 2020. Superintendent Dr. Cody Hirschi called the Strategic Plan the most important work that we will do in the district.

For six months, staff members, students, parents, and community members helped to create this plan, which has seven areas of focus: 

• Early Childhood Education

• Academic Excellence

• Student Well-Being

• High-Quality Employees

• Community Awareness and Engagement

• College and Career Readiness

• Funding

The Strategic Plan will help the district to prioritize and focus on these topics for the next five years, and ensure that we are committed to academic and personal excellence.
