Saturday, 7 December-Kimberling City XMAS Parade

Weather-TBA, Likely Cold (layer up for the cold if necessary!)

Uniform-Full Marching Uniform, layered underneath for cold (NO JEANS)-Santa Hats encouraged!

815 AM-Report Time/LOAD UP FIRST/Change into Uniform

855-Leave RSHS Band Room (20 min)

915-Arrive @Kimberling City Library/Unload/Warm Up

1000-Perform at Kimberling City XMAS Parade

1130 (approx.)-Load/Leave Port of Kimberling (30 min)

1200-Arrive @RSHS Band Room/Change Out/Unload

GO HOME AFTER ROOM/BUSES ARE CLEAN (GOAL IS 15 MINUTE CLEAN UP)

Sunday, 8 December-Branson XMAS Parade

Weather-TBA, Likely Cold (layer up for the cold if necessary!)

130 PM-Report Time/LOAD UP/Change into Uniform (Bottoms Only)

215-Leave RSHS for Branson (45 min)

300-Arrive @Branson Hilton Parking Lot/Unload//Warm Up

500-Perform at Branson XMAS Parade

730 (approx.)-Load/Leave Branson Hilton Parking Lot (45 min)

815-Arrive @RSHS Band Room/Unload

GO HOME AFTER ROOM/BUSES ARE CLEAN (GOAL IS 15 MINUTE CLEAN UP)

I know you will all represent RSHS positively in words and actions, and this should be a set of fun parades to get us in the holiday spirit. This is one of those times where we are able to show off our skills a little bit, have some fun, and follow it up with demonstrating our level of class, which I believe is second to none.

I very much appreciate your willingness to take time from your weekend to kick off our holiday season for the people in the community! I will do everything I can to get us ready to go home by the times listed, but you never know how traffic or parade load out will go, so be flexible.
